Our Story
After 10 years of managing referral programs for large organizations across the US and UK, and owning everything from referral marketing strategies to creating end-to-end journeys, new personalization capabilities, managing over 100 web pages, increasing awareness, optimization, offer strategy and the right controls, we decided to create our own.
Barton360 exists to bring that same playbook to businesses of any size – real referral programs, built by people who’ve run the largest ones in the world.
Meet Delyan
Hi, I’m Delyan. For the past 10 years, I’ve owned referral marketing strategies for large companies, building and scaling a global acquisition platform across 14 international markets which generated over $2 billion in revenue, run 70+ controlled experiments, and launched personalization capabilities used by millions of customers. I wrote the operational playbook that teams still use today to govern how referral programs are built, tested, and scaled.
Alongside that, I founded and ran a digital marketing consultancy for 5 years, building websites and go to market strategies for small and mid sized businesses, helping them acquire hundreds of new customers along the way. I’ve also published research on what actually drives people to refer their friends and trust recommendations from people they know.

I started this company because that same playbook with best practices, the one built for the largest referral programs in the world, shouldn’t be out of reach for other businesses.
